What Is it?
Abicord's CEO Graham W Price has created a unique and highly successful development training called 'The Power to Choose'.
This revolutionary training will change the way your executives and staff view and approach their work and their lives. In twelve hours of training, reduced to one day if preferred, participants learn how to live stress-free lives, become more motivated and achieving, deal positively with challenges, focus on solutions rather than problems, relate more effectively to others, break through limiting beliefs, develop their intuition and deal with constraints such as anxiety, procrastination, low mood or irritation.

Feedback:
Participants are asked to score their effectiveness and satisfaction in work and life, before and after the training, on a scale of 0 to 10, where 10 represents the most effective and satisfied person they could imagine. Practically all participants have increased by two or more points, including several moving from 2 to 9 and 3 to 10, with the majority moving from 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 to 9 or 10. Follow-up after six months shows changes are sustained or further improved.
Format:
 The training can be delivered over five 2 or 2½ hour sessions, ten 1 hour sessions, two half-days, a single one-day training or one-to-one. There's a residential sailing option over three days based in Port Grimaud, South of France (50 foot yacht, qualified skipper, no sailing experience required; land-based accommodation).
It can also be delivered in an abbreviated format at conferences or after-dinner talks.
Open (external) trainings:
There's an introductory 2½ hour seminar in the City of London or an evening seminar in Victoria, London (click here for dates, venues and registration). This seminar is stand-alone requiring no attendance at further seminars to gain benefits.
